Terms of Use
How we treat each other on SingKey
Short version: be kind, share only what is yours to share, and tell us when something is wrong.
Using SingKey
SingKey helps worship leaders and singers find the key that is right for their voice, plan a Sunday and serve together. By creating an account or using SingKey you agree to these Terms and to the Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for what you post, add or send with your account, and for keeping your password to yourself.
Community guidelines
SingKey is a place for a worshipping community. Be kind, and keep it fit for church. Please do not post, send or add:
Harassment or bullying — insulting, threatening or targeting anyone.
Hate — attacks on people for who they are.
Sexual or otherwise objectionable content, including anything violent or graphic.
Impersonation — pretending to be another person, a church or its leaders.
Spam — repeated, unwanted or commercial messages and links.
Copyrighted material you have no right to share. Songs, words and chords you add can be read by other members, so add only what you are entitled to share.
Reporting and blocking
You can report a post or a person from the menu next to it, and block anyone you do not want to hear from. A blocked person cannot reach you.
Reports are reviewed by the SingKey team, and the aim is to review every report within 24 hours.
When the guidelines are broken
Content that breaks these guidelines is removed. An account that keeps breaking them, or breaks them seriously, can be suspended or removed.
SingKey may act without warning where someone could be harmed.
Your account
You can delete your account yourself at any time, from your account panel on the Menu screen (“Delete my account”). Deleting it deletes what SingKey was keeping for you on its server, straight away. The Privacy Policy explains what that includes.
Contact
Use Report on any post, comment or person; reports reach the SingKey team.
This is not legal advice
These Terms are written in plain words and have not been reviewed by a lawyer.
